Shipping Policy:

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days within the AU. We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders. Shipments to mailboxes and/or military bases are not possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically canceled. Here are a few of the top questions and answers to save you time.

My package is Lost, Broken, or Stolen.

If a package is shipped but not scanned within 7 business days, the package is considered lost or stolen. Once you reach that mark, please contact us, and we will do our best to provide you with a new package. If an item is out of stock, we have a solution for you.

Replacement Request & Return Policy:

The AUBARBAR return policy is simple. Within 60 days of receipt of your order, you may return a pair of qualifying water shoes in their original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) Returns must be shipped back within 60 days of receiving your items. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Enjoy free return shipping within the contiguous areas of Australia. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs if exclusions apply.

Standard Shipping & Process Times

We want to make sure you get the perfect pair of AUBARBAR Shoes at the fastest time. Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. Processing is from the time you place your order to the time it is shipped. We process orders Monday–Friday.

Order processing time: 3 business days
USPS First Class (Standard) Shipping: Typically takes 4–6 business days.
FedEx Shipping: Takes 2 business days. This option does not deliver over the weekend.
